PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS



If you are paying your bill on or after the 7th day of the month, you must pay a late fee which will automatically be added to your invoice.

If paying on a past due account, we will e-mail you the unlock code for the redlock on your unit or remove the lock on the next business day.

LATE FEE AMOUNT (set by the state of Washington)
$20.00 if your monthly rent is $100.00 or less
20% if your monthly rent is over $100.00
*late fee is charged per unit
